Working with Blerta as a coach was a great experience. During the sessions, we didn’t only talk about my goals, but also made a detailed action plan on how to accomplish them. The whole process was much easier than I thought, because she guided me through it step by step. Blerta made an excellent job mentoring and helping me fulfil my potential. I am deeply thankful to her because now I feel proud of myself and it was a long way before I got there.
